The cadres of Limbuwan have vandalized a van carrying a patient on September 21 on the charge of defying the bandh. The van with the bearing number plate Me 1 Ja 741 carrying a sick boy from Biblyante was vandalized. Police arrested two Limbuwan cadres for being involved in the act. They are identified as Sher Bahadur Loktam, 45, of Chisapani in Danabari VDC- 9 and Mohan Dewan, 28, of Chulachuli VDC-3. After the vandalism, the youths arriving in the district headquarters to attend the celebration program held to welcome new constitution surrounded the office of Limbuwan. They also chanted slogans against the Limbuwan. Police are currently providing security to the Limbuwan office. Vehicles are not plying from early morning because of the Limbuwan bandh but few motorcycles were plying.
