Cadres of Madhesi Morcha have disrupted village level convention of NC in different districts. Saptari representative of INSEC said that Madhesi Morcha foiled representative selection of NC being held in different wards of village and cities on January 29. Morcha foiled representative selection in ward 5 and 7 of Kanchanrup Municipality, ward 5 and 8 of Shambhunath Municipality, and Gamhariya Prabaha, Brahmapur, Madhawapur, Bairawa, Barahi Birpur, Deuri, Bathnaha, Badgama, Sakarpura VDC, NC Sapari said. Mahottari representative of INSEC reported that Morcha cadres obstructed NC village convention in Rajkhor of Gaushala Municipality-5 and Ikarhiya VDC. Bara INSEC representative said that the NC convention in village and city could not be held in any village and city due to the obstruction of Morcha on January 29. Conventions took place in some places of Nijgadh, Gadimai Municipality and Amlekhganj.
