Police has arrested a fugitive of human trafficking case on Sunday. 40-year-old Sesh Osi Akhtar, a resident of Rajpur Tulasi VDC in Rautahat, who is accused of trafficking a girl from his own village to brothel in India in 2069 was arrested by a team of police deployed from District Police Office Rautahat on Sunday. The trafficked girl had returned home carrying a baby after 14months of the incident. She later reported to the police about her trafficking at the hands of Sekh Oshi Akhtar, Sekh Mahafuz Margub, Lefakat Miya and his Wife Shera Khatun. According to her the accused lured her to a photo studio at Bairganiya in India. Upon reaching the photo studio she was given a towel to clean her face before shooting photograph. She fell unconscious and found herself in a brothel in Mumbai after three days of the incident. The district court of Rautahat had decided to release the four accused by posting a bail amount of rupees fifty thousand each on January 6, 2015. But the Appellate court Hetauda had ruled against the bail and had ordered to remand the accused into custody. मानव बेचविखन तथा ओसार पसार मुद्दामा फरार रहेका एकजना अभियुक्तलाई आइतबार प्रहरीले पक्राउ गरेको छ। २०६९ सालमा आफ्नै गाउँको चेलीलाई भारतको मुम्बईमा बिक्री गरी फरार रहेका रौतहटको राजपुर तुलसी गाविस वडा नम्बर ९ का ४० बर्षीय शेख ओशी अख्तरलाई जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयको टोलिले पक्राउ गरेको हो। मधेस आन्दोलनको कारण सुरक्षाको चुनौती बढेर गाउँ–गाउँमा प्रहरी गस्ती कम भए पछि लामो समयदेखी फरार रहेका अख्तर आफ्नै घरमा बसिरहेको बेला पक्राउ गरेको डिएसपि राजेन्द्र पोखरेलले बताए। उनीले मुम्बईमा विक्री गरेकी चेली चार महिने शिशु बोकेर घर फर्किएकी थिइन्। स्टुडियोमा फोटो खिचाउने बहानामा गाउँकै ४ जनाले सिमवर्ति भारतको बैरगनिया बजारमा लगेर वेहोस वनाइ मुम्बइमा लगेर बिक्रि गरेका थिए। १४ महिनापछि युवर्ती काखमा शिशु लिएर फर्किएकी थिइन। शेख ओशी अख्तर, शेख महफुज, शेख मरगुव र लेफाकत मियाको श्रीमति सेहरा खातुनले घरवाट विभिन्न प्रलोभन देखाएर फोटो खिचाउने बहानामा सिमावर्ति भारतको बैरगनियमा लगेपछि फोटो स्टुडियो पसलमा मुख सफा गर्नलाई नसालु पदार्थ मिसाएर रुमाल दिएपछि आफु वेहोस भएको र तीन दिनपछि होस खुल्दा भारतको मुम्बईको एक कोठिमा बेचिएको ति युवतीले चाल पाएकी थिइन्। जिल्ला अदालतले २०७१–९–२२ गतेका दिन आरोपित चारैजनालाइ जनही पाचास–पचास हजार रुपैयाँ धरौटी राखेर तारेखमा रिहा गरेपनि पुरनरावेदन अदालत हेटौडाँ २०७१–१२–२६ गतेका दिन आरोपितलाई थुनामा राखि कारबाहि गर्ने फैसला सुनाएको थियो।
