35-year-old Aalam Miya and 25-year-old Sadam Miya from Rajbiraj municipality-2 have been arrested on February 24 in accusation of raping a 33-year-old woman. The two were on-the-run after the incident. Saptari Police informed that the accused were arrested from Rajbiraj Bazar after they were identified by the victim. The victim had filed a complaint on September 4 stating that she was raped by seven including 26-year-old Mohammad Abbas Miya, 27-year-old Siva Narayan Ram and five unidentified men on February 27.
