Bishnudev Poddar, a teacher at Balkrishna Higher Secondary school in Ramnagar Bhutaha VDC in Sunsari has been dismissed from the school for allegedly harassing a married student. The School Management Committee decided to dismiss Poddar after he harassed the student by going to her house unannounced while he was drunk on February 12. It has been found that Poddar had also been dismissed from Shree Secondary School in Dewaganj in the past for similar conduct.
