UCPN (M) leader Yadav assaulted

UCPN (Maoist) Bara District Committee member Raj Kumar Yadav was assaulted on Thursday night.
An identified gang attacked Yadav while he was returning home from Kalaiya near Khaurahi stream, his family members told Republica Online. A resident of Banjariya-1, Yadav is a contender for the post of Vice Chairman of Halkhoriya Sajhedari Ban Byabasthapan Samiti.
According to Bijaya Yadav, his family member, the assailants attacked him with sticks after their gun misfired.
