On the 30th day of the "Occupy Baluwater" movement hundreds of protestors chanted slogans outside the Prime ministers residence in Baluwater from 9 am onward. Representatives from multiple Nepali human rights organizations and the NHRC were present. At approximately 11 am protesters moved to block traffic in front of the residence and were surrounded by Police. Dozens of arrests were made.
