10 cadres enforcing strike arrested from Baitadi

Police have arrested some 10 cadres of the Netra Bikram Chand-led CPN Maoist from different parts of Baiadi during the nationwide strike enforced by the party on Monday.
The party called the strike protesting the government's high-handedness against the squatters. Public transportation has come to a grinding halt in Pokhara while educational institutes have shut down.
