Two locals of Liping VDC named Kem Thapa Tamang and Chandra Tamang started to fight inside the workplace of the Secretary on the issue of the amount to be distributed to the earthquake victim children who are under the age of 5. After they started to fight, the VDC Secretary was taken out of the office with the allowance distribution list file. After the dispute, both were release after the discussion and agreement on the presence of the District Police Office.
