Youth arrested with a homemade gun in Rupandehi

66-year-old Nanda Bahadur Gharti Magar was arrested on Friday for possessing a homemade gun that went off and injured 22-year-old Padam Bahadur Baral of Devdaha-10 while he was trying to take a selfie with the gun.
The incident occurred when 19-year-old Chiran Rana accidentally pulled the trigger while helping Padam to take pictures.
Padam was taken to Crimson hospital at Manigram. Police have been looking for Chiran who is on the run.
