Chairman of the CPN-UML-aligned Youth Association Nepal’s Rupandehi chapter, Durga Tiwari, was shot death by an unidentified group of people at Devdaha-8 of Rupandehi, on Monday. A local journalist from Butwal told THT Online over the phone that he was shot at the left chest at around 4 pm today. After being shot, Tiwari was critically injured. He was taken to the Devdaha Medical College where he breathed his last minutes after the arrival. Police are searching for the shooters. रुपन्देहीको देवदमा गोली प्रहारबाट एमाले सम्बद्ध युवासंघका जिल्ला अध्यक्ष दुर्गा तिवारीको मृत्यु भएको छ । देवदह नगरपालिका ढेकावारमा मोटरसाइकलमा आएका दुईजनाले अपरान्ह साढे ३ बजेतिर तिवारीलाई गोली प्रहार गरेको प्रहरीलाई उद्यृत गर्दै हाम्रा सहकर्मीले जनाएका छन् । छातिमा गोली लागेर गम्भीर भएका उनको उपचारका लागि लैजादै गर्दा मृत्यु भएको थियो । गोली प्रहार गर्ने व्यक्तिको पहिचान हुन नसकेको तर खोजी कार्य जारी रहेको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ ।
