Morang/ April 29 Ram Kumar Limbu, 25, of Tadi VDC-6 has been arrested by the police on April 29 on charge of raping a 30-year-old mentally disabled woman on April 28. The victim got the health checkup at Primary Health Centre in Mangalbare in Urlabari VDC-6. The victim’s brother lodged a complaint at Area Police Office after the incident, according to the SI Yuvraj Basnet. According to him, the accused entered the victim’s house when she was alone and then raped her.
