Police have arrested three people for the extortion and kidnap on Sunday evening. SP Shailesh Thapa of district police office has informed that the police have arrested three people including one junior officer Tejendra Neupane of the Chief District Office. The other two are Ajay Rai and Prem Neupane who have been arrested on Sunday evening. Jeevan Bista had launched complains against them for which the police have arrested them. They trio have been accused of kidnapping Bista and transferred his land without payment. Police have already started investigation regarding the incident. अपहरण तथा शरीर बन्धक बनाएको अभियोगमा जिल्ला प्रशासन कार्यालय झापाका खिरदारसहित ३ जना पक्राउ परेका छन् । झापा प्रहरी प्रमुख एसपी शैलेश थापा क्षेत्रीले दिएको जानकारी अनुसार प्रशासनका खरिदार तेजेन्द्र न्यौपाने, अजय राई र प्रेम न्यौपाने आइतबार साँझ पक्राउ परेका हुन् । जीवन विष्ट नामका व्यक्तिले विर्तामोड प्रहरीमा दिएको उजुरीका आधारमा उनीहरु पक्राउ परेका हुन् । उजुरीकर्ता विष्टको नाममा बिर्तामाेडमा रहेकाे करोडौं मूल्य पर्ने जग्गा उनलार्इ अपहरण गरेर सित्तैमा पास गरार्इ हत्याउन खाेजेकाे अभियोग पक्राउ परेकामाथि लागेकाे छ। ‘घटनाको अनुसन्धान भइरहेको छ’, एसपी थापाले भने।
