Joint bomb disposal teams of Nepal Army, Armed Police Force and Nepal Police Sunday neutralized improvised explosive devices or IEDs planted at various places in the districts including Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Kavrepalanchok and Dailekh on the voting day. IEDs planted at Chamunda Bindrasaini Municipality in Dailekh was neutralised, police said.
