Morang/June 1 The family of a 30-year-old woman on May 31 has charged Manoj Sharma, local CPN-M cadre of Mahadeva VDC-3 of raping her. According to Sijuwa Area Police Office’s Inspector, Baijanath Sah said that the medical check up of the girl has been conducted at Koshi Zonal Hospital on May 31. The incident occurred on May 18. She filed the complaint this late reportedly because of threats issued by the accused. Sharma remains absconding. Police said that the investigation would pick up after their preliminary investigation.
