A clash between two groups left fourteen injured including two police men in Belkotgadhi municipality-6 in Nuwakot district on Wednesday. The clash occurred when the two groups of youths ran in to a dispute after one of the groups rode motorcycle during the Lakhey Jatra while the other side opposed it. Police had to fire two shots in the air to take the situation under control. Two Police constable Dipendra Kumar Shah and Bichan Yadav and 12 local youths were injured in the clash. नुवाकोटको दक्षिणी भेगमा रहेको बेलकोटगढी नगरपालिका वडा नं. ६ दुई पिपलमा बुधबार रोपाई जात्राका क्रममा झडप भएको छ। घटनामा दुई प्रहरी र १२ जना स्थानीय घाइते भएका छन। जात्रा भइरहेका बेला मोटरसाइकल चलाएको भन्दै यूवाहरुको दुई समुहबीच झडप भएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ। लाखे जात्रामा बुधबार अपरान्ह युवाहरुबीचको झडपले उग्र रुप लिएपछि नियन्त्रणका लागि प्रहरीले दुई राउण्ड हवाई फायर गरेको थियो। झडपमा प्रहरी जवानहरु दीपेन्द्रकुमार शाह र वीरचन यादवसहित स्थानीय १२ जना युवा पनि घाईते भएका छन्। प्रहरीको हवाई फायरिङपछि स्थिति सामान्य भएको जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय नुवाकोटका प्रहरी नायब उपरीक्षक ऋषिराम कँडेलले बताए।
