45-year-old Madini Mandal, a resident of Bideha Municipality-5 died on Tuesday while undergoing treatment after being beaten in the property clash. 42-year-old Rambahadur Mandal, brother-in-law of the dead and his wife 40-year-old Indira Mandal are also undergoing treatment at a local medical after being injured in the clash. Police has arrested Indira Mandal and 25-year-old Mukesh Mandal whereas Rambahadur Mandal is on the run. Police is further investigating the case. विदेह नगरपालिका–५ बस्ने ४५ वर्षीया मदिनी मण्डलको दाजुभाइबिच अंशबण्डाको विषयलाई लिएर झैझगडा भई कुटपिट हुँदा मंगलबार मृत्यु भएको छ । झगडामा निजकी माइली देवरानी ४० वर्षीया इन्दिरा मण्डल र कान्छो देवर ४२ वर्षीय रामबहादुर मण्डल समेतले कुटपिट गर्दा घाइते भएकी मदिनीको स्थानिय मेडिकलमा उपचारको क्रममा मृत्यु भएको हो । कुटपिट गर्ने कार्यमा संलग्न निज इन्दिरा र निजको घरमा पाहुना आएका सोही नगरपालिका–७ बस्ने २५ वर्षीय मुकेश मण्डललाई प्रहरीले पक्राउ गरेको छ । घटनामा संलग्न निज रामबहादुर फरार भएकोले खोजी कार्य भइरहेको छ । यस सम्बन्धमा प्रहरीले आवश्यक अनुसन्धान गरिरहेको छ ।
