The dialogue between the two sides held at the office of the CDO after the initiation taken by INSEC Rautahat DR concluded with a 5-point agreement. The Dalit Struggle Committee has withdrawn all the protest programs with the signing of the agreement. The CDO, Dil Bahadur Ghimire, INSEC DR Bipin Gautam along with FNJ Rauthat chairperson Shailendra Kumar Gupta facilitated the discussion while SP Govinda Ram Pariyar and APF SP Prem Kumar Pokharel were also present. In the discussion, it was agreed that a group puja would be conducted at the Bhagwati Brahmasthan Tempel in Pipariya Dostiya VDC-8 on June 25 and the dalits will have mass entry to the temple. It would be followed by a joint feast of dalits and non-dalits, the damaged clay tiles at the huts of dalits to be replaced by the non-dalits, treatment cost of three dalit injured yet to recovered would be covered by non-dalits and ending prohibition imposed on the dalits to walk through the fields of non-dalits. Nathuram Pariyar, the coordinator of the Dalit Struggle Committee and its members, Dharmendra Paswan, Ram Binay Paswan, Satya Narayan Ram and non-dalits Ram Narayan Yadav, Sunil Yadav, Dayaram Sah and Ramadhar Ray were present at the meeting. Eighteen dalits were injured and the settlement was vandalized when the non-dalits launched attack there on June 7 in the pretext of dalits entering the Bhagwati Temple on May 14 leading to the scuffle. The dalits had filed a complaint under the charges of caste-discrimination against 54 following the scuffle. Locals Chhotelal Yadav, Ramdev Yadav and Tej Narayan Yadav are detained and investigated by the police while others remain absconding. Bipin Gautam रौतहट । ०७० असार ९ गते पिपरिया दोस्तिया गाविस-८ भिमडावर टोलमा गत जेठ २४ गते गैरदलितहरूले दलित बस्तीमा आक्रमण गरेपछि बिग्रिएको सामाजिक सद्भाव पुनः कायम राख्न ०७० असार ९ गते दुवैपक्षबीच सहमति भएको छ । इन्सेक रौतहट जिल्ला प्रतिनिधि बिपिनप्रसाद गौतमको सक्रियतामा प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारीको कार्यकक्षमा भएको वार्तामा दुवैपक्षका प्रतिनिधिहरूबीच सद्भाव कायम राख्ने विषयमा पाँचबुँदे सहमति भएको छ । सहमतिपछि दलित संर्घष समितिका तर्फबाट अघि सारिएका आन्दोलनका सम्पूर्ण कार्यक्रमहरू फिर्ता भएका छन् । प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी दिलबहादुर घिमिरेको कार्यकक्षमा इन्सेक प्रतिनिधि बिपिन गौतम, नेपाल पत्रकार महासंघ रौतहटका अध्यक्ष शैलेन्द्रकुमार गुप्ताको सहजीकरणमा भएको छलफलमा पिपरिया दोस्तिया गाविस-८ को भिमडावर टोलमा भएको भगवती ब्रम्हस्थान मन्दिरमा सबैपक्षले निर्वाध पूजाआजा गर्न पाउने गरी आगामी मंगलवार बिहान सामूहिक पुजाआजाको कार्यक्रम राखी मन्दिर प्रवेश गराउने, सोही समयमा सहभोजको आयोजना गर्ने, गैरदलित समुदायबाट दलित समुदायको सम्पतिमा पुर्‍याएको क्षतिमध्ये घरका खपडाका छाना लगायत भत्किएका वारहरू मर्मत गरिदिने, घाइते तिनजनाको थप उपचारको व्यवस्था गैरदलितहरूको तर्फबाट गर्ने र घटनापछि गैरदलितहरूले दलितहरूलाई खेतबारी लगायतकबा स्थानमा जान प्रतिबन्ध लगाएकोमा सो कार्य तत्काल बन्द गर्ने र दलित संर्घ समितिको तर्फबाट अघि सारिएका आन्दोलनका सम्पूर्ण कार्यक्रमहरू फिर्ता लिने सहमति भएको छ । वार्ता टोलिमा दलित संर्घष समितिका तर्फबाट संयोजक नाथुराम परियार, सदस्यहरू धर्मेन्द्र पासवान, रामबिनय पासवान, सत्यनारायण राम र गैरदलितहरूको तर्फबाट रामनारायण यादव, सुनिल यादव, दयाराम साह, रामआधार राय यादव रहेका थिए । गत वैशाख ३१ गते सो गाविसमा रहेको ब्रम्हस्थान भगवती मन्दिरमा स्थानीय उमेश रामको विवाह पछि दतिलहरूले पूजा गर्न जाँदा कथित उपल्लो जातिका व्यक्तिहरूले मन्दिर प्रवेश गर्न नदिई कुटपिट गरेको विरुद्धमा दलितहरूले सो गाउँका ८ जना विरुद्ध इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय गरुडामा किटानी जाहेरी दिएका थिए । सो मुद्दा फिर्ता लिन स्थानीय गैरदलितहरूले दवाव दिएकोमा पीडितहरूले नमानेपछि दलित वस्तिमाथि आक्रमण गरी घरहरू तोडफोड गर्नुका साथै १८ जना दलितहरूलाई घाइते भएका थिए । घटनामा संलग्न रहेकाहरूलाई कारबाहीको माग गर्दै जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय रौतहटमा दलित समुदायको तर्फबाट ५४ जना विरुद्ध जातिय छुवाछुत, ज्यान मार्ने उद्योग र डाँका मुद्दा दर्ता गराएकोमा प्रहरीले स्थानीय छोटेलाल यादव, रामदेव यादव र तेजनारायण यादवलाई पक्राउ गरी अनुसन्धान गरिरहेको छ भने अन्य आरोपितहरू हालसम्मपनि फरार रहेका छन् । वार्तामा प्रहरी उपरीक्षक गोविन्दराम परियार, सशस्त्र प्रहरी उपरीक्षक प्रेमकुमार पोखरेलको पनि उपस्थिति रहेको थियो । बिपिन गौतम
