Journalist Yagyaraj Bhatta of Achham has been beaten by police in Mangalsen, Achham. The group of police along with Police Office Mangalsen Incharge Padam Bahadur Budhamagar have beaten journalist Yagya Raj Dhungana when he was eating snacks in a hotel of Mangalsen on 26th September. Journo Yagyaraj said that the group of police has beaten him without any reason. Federation of Nepalese Journalist, Achham District Chapter condemns the attack with the press release demanding to take action against the perpetrator. नेपाल पत्रकार महासंघ अछाम शाखाबाट केन्द्रीय पार्षद रहेका पात्राकर यज्ञराज ढुंगानामाथि प्रहरीले कुटपिट गरेको छ । गत अशोज १० गते मंगलसेन बजारमा खान खाइरहेको अवस्थामा प्रहरी चौकी मंगलसेनका इन्चार्ज पदमबहादुर बुढामगर सहितको ८ जनाको टोलीले बिनाकारण कुटपिट गरेको पिडित पत्रकारले बताए । यसैबीच पत्रकार महासंघ अछाम, प्रेस युनियन अछाम, प्रेस चौतारी अछाम लगाएतका पत्रकार सम्बद्ध संस्थाले पत्रकार यज्ञराज ढुंगानामाथी प्रहरीले गरेको कुटपिटको छानबिन माग गर्दै दोषीमाथी कारवाही गर्नुपर्ने भन्दै बिज्ञप्ति निकालेका छन् ।
