A bomb disposal squad of the Nepal Army defused a bomb planted by an unknown group at Hariharpur Bazaar area of Gujara Municipality-5 in Rautahat, today. Earlier, locals had informed police after they saw a suspicious object wrapped in plastic on the road today morning. Nothing has been confirmed to the type of bomb. It is spectulated that the explosives might have been planted with the aim of disrupting election activities in the district. The discovery of the bomb disrupted vehicular movement for four hours and also left locals terrified ahead of the parliamentary and provincial elections. बम विस्फोटमा आठजना घाइते भएको घटनाको दुई दिनपछि रौतहटमा फेरि बम भेटिएको छ। रौतहटको गुजरा नगरपालिका २ मा सोमवार स्थानीयले बम रहेको आशंकामा प्रहरीलाई खबर गरेपछि नेपाल प्रहरीको टोली गुजरा २ कटानी टोलको भित्री सडकमा कालो प्लास्टिकको झोलाभित्रबाट पहेलो तार बाहिर निकालेको अवस्थामा शंकास्पद वस्तु देखेको थियो। घटनास्थलमा नेपाली सेनाको टोली पुगेर विस्फोटक पदार्थलाई निस्क्रिय पारेको थियो । बम राखेको हल्ला फैलिएपछि स्थानीयबासीमा त्रास फैलिएको थियो।
