Syangja/July 10 Bhagwati KC, 36, of Ramkosh, Putali Bazar Municipality-6 has lodged a complaint against her husband SI Soviet Bahadur KC working in Baglung District Police Office, on July 9 at District Police Office. She complained and appealed for the justice at the police station saying that her husband deprived her of food, clothes and did not give enough attention to their children. She further said that her husband inflicted mental and physical torture on her. Her husband refused to sign in her application for citizenship certificate too, she said.
