Pahal BK, 55 of Mahabu Rural Municipality accused 47 years old Bhim Bahadur Rokaya and Nagendra Khatri,26 of the same place of beating him and doing caste discrimination on charge of touching the mat that they were sitting. On January 29, the victim was in Bhim Bahadur’s house to buy meat where four other people were sitting on the mat. He added that he was beaten by them on charge of touching the mat . The victim sustained eye injury and several bruises over his body. He lodged complaint at District Police Office against both accused involved in a beating. The accused were summoned in DPO according to SI Chet Raj Pant. महाबु गाउँपालिका–२, बडखोलाको डुंग्री भानेखोलाका ५५ वर्षीय पहल बिकलाई गुन्द्री छोएको भन्दै कुटपीट गरिएको छ । महाबु गाउँपालिका–२, बडखोलाको डुंग्री भानेखोलाका ४७ वर्षीय भीमबहादुर रोकाय र महाबु गाउँपालिका–१, खरीगैरा घर भएका भीमबहादुरका जुवाई २६ वर्षीय नगेन्द्र खत्रीले बिकलाई गुन्द्री छोएको भन्दै मरणासन्न हुने गरी कुटपिट गरेका छन् । सोमबार दिउँसो भीमबहादुरको घरमा काटिएको खसीको मासु किन्न त्यहाँ पुग्दा भीमबहादुर समेत ४ जना बसेको गुन्द्री छोइएको भन्दै आफू माथि कुटपीट भएको बिकले बताउनुभयो । कुटपीटको क्रममा पहलको दाहिने आँखामा गम्भीर चोट लागेको छ । जीउभर लात्ती र मुक्काले हानेको भन्दै पीडितले प्रहरीमा उजुरी दिनुभएको छ । उजुरीका आधारमा भीमबहादुर रोकाय र नगेन्द्र खत्रीलाई मंगलबार जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय दैलेखमा झिकाइएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ ।
