A 56-years-old Santa Bahadur Bishwokarma, a resident of Gairigaun-13, has filed a case against untouchability. He has accused 40-years-old Bishnu Giri, a resident of Thulimjuwa-15 for committing the act of untouchability. In the statement, it is mentioned that on January 20, when he was cleaning the room where his father's funeral took place. At that particular point, Bishnu and 2 others came there and told him that they were Dalits and if they touch anything, they would vandalize everything. Santaram ignored their threat and went and when he came back the next day, everything was vandalized. He then filed a case against Bishnu and 2 others. Police are investigating further about the case. कास्की जिल्ला वडा नं १३ गैरीगाउँ बस्ने ५६ बर्षीय सन्तबहादुर बिश्वोकर्माले जाहेरी दरखास्त गराएका छन्।। जाहेरी जातीय भेदभाव तथा छुवाछुत सम्बन्धि थियो। जाहेरी अनुसार अपराध गर्ने व्यक्ति वडा नं १५ ठुलिमजुवामा बस्ने ४० बर्षीय बिष्णु गिरि लगायत अन्य रहेका छन्। अपराध माघ ६ गते दिउसो १२ बजे भएको भनेर जाहेरीमा उल्लेख गरिएको थियो। सन्तबहादुरका अनुसार आफ्ना पिता संसाराम सुनारको मृत्युपश्चात दाहसंस्कार गरेर क्रियापुत्री भवन सफा गरिरहेको बेलामा बिष्णु गिरि र अन्य २ जना आई उनीहरुले पानि ट्यांकी छोएमा अरु कसैले पानि खाना नपाउने र उनीहरु त्यो ठाउँ सफा गर्न नपाइने जस्ता जातीय छुवाछुतका कुरा गरेका थिए। जबरजस्ती गरेमा तोडफोड समेत गर्ने धम्की उनीहरुले दिएका थिए। उनीहरुले भनेको कुरा वास्ता नगरी त्यहा बाट गैर भोली फेरी आउँदा क्रियापुत्रीका सामानहरु फ़ुटाईएको थियो। कानुन बमोजिम जाहेरी दर्ता गराइएपछि प्रहरीले त्यसबारे थप अनुसन्धान गर्दै छ।
