60 years old Jaya Raj Bhatta resident of Kanchanpur Bhimdutta Municipality-13 has been injured after being attacked by a beer bottle. He is the owner/manager of the grocery shop and was attacked by Ram Prasad Bhatta. The family of the victim has accused police of not arresting the perpetrator whereas the police have said that they are investigating the case. The police have arrested Tirtha Raj Bhatta in the same case. कन्चनपुरको भिमदत्त नगरपालिका-१३ बडैपुरमा बियरको बोत्तल आक्रमणबाट एक बृद्ध घाइते भएका छन् । बडैपुर साझा चौराहको भागरती किराना पसल संचालक ६० बर्षिय जयराज भट्टलाई राम प्रसाद भट्टले बियरको बोत्तल प्रहार गरेका हुन् । पिडित परिवारले घटनाका दोषीलाई प्रहरीले दुई दिनसम्म पनि पक्राउ नगरेको गुनासो गरेका छन् । यता जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालय कंचनपुरले घटनाको छानबिन भईरहेको बताएको छ। जिप्रका कन्चनपुरका प्रहरी प्रबक्ता ज्ञान बहादुर सेठीले कुटपिट गर्ने तिर्थराज भट्ट पक्राउ परिसकेको र अर्का आरोपी राम प्रसाद भट्टलाई पक्राउ गर्न प्रहरी परिचालन गरिएको बताए ।
