Kailali/August 20 Area Police Office Bhajani has arrested Raj Kapur Chaudhary, 24, of Thapapur VDC-4 at his house on August 19 on charge of raping a 13-year-old girl. Inspector Lal Bahadur Saud of the APO Bhajani said that police arrested Chaudhary on charge of raping the girl who had come to his house on August 16. Saud informed that the victim had been sent to the Seti Zonal Hospital, Dhangadhi for medical check-up. Wife of Chaudhari, Juni Chaudhay had committed suicide on August 17 by hanging from a tree near her house. Police had initiated investigation after family of Juni complained that she committed suicide not being able to cope with the agony of the rape of the girl by her husband.
