23-year-old Rekha Mahara, a resident of Shailyashikhar Municipality-1, filed a case against Madhav Singh Bohara in charge of caste discrimination.
She stated that on April 24, he passed out remarks in line with cast discrimination and also assaulted her.
He prohibited her from using the public water tap and said that he even has torn her clothes. She sustains injuries after being beaten with the stick.
