Udaypur, Balatkarka aaropit giraftar. Udaypur/September 18 Police have arrested one Bikram Rokka, 22, of Yamkha VDC on charge of raping an 18-year-old girl. The family of the victim filed an FIR against Rokka at District Police Office on September 17 accusing him of raping the woman in a jungle in Khanbu VDC-4 of Udaypur on September 16. DSP Lokendra Shrestha said that the accused was arrested on September 17 evening and the health of the woman was check up at District Hospital on the same day. The woman’s relative said that Rokka, a transport helper in a bus plying between Gaighat and Phoksingtar had raped her who was traveling in the same vehicle.
