Khotang/September 19 District Court Khotang has sent a 16-year-old boy, kept in custody on charge of rape of a 4-year-old girl, to reform center. The decision came on September 18. The victim’s side had filed a complaint against the accused on August 21. SI Yadav Gautam of District Police Office informed that the boy was sent to the reform center until the final decision is taken. He would be taken to the reform center soon following the order by district court judge Yadav Gautam. The girl was raped on August 17 alluring her with giving noodles while the girl gone to her relative’s home. DM
