Security guard of Urlabari Municipal Mayor Khadga Fago beat a service seeker at the municipal office on June 5. Manish Bhandari who arrived at the municipal office to solve the dispute between his sister and her husband was beaten by the mayor's security guard Sampat Rajbanshi while a discussion was ongoing among the judicial committee.
