According to the police, he had raped the girl on September 22 near Kalimati in Liwang VDC-6. DSP Om Bahadur Rana said that BK was on the run when he was nabbed by the police in a vehicle. Arrested BK was made public by the police on September 29. The girl’s family had filed a complaint against BK on September 25. Police said that they were investigating the case. D
