Member of Federation of Nepalese Journalist, 31-year-old Hemant Chaudhary made complaint against ward Chairpersons against manhandling and threatening him over a report in newspaper. Chaudhary said that on July 14 Chairperson of Rapti Sonari rural municipality, Lahuram Tharu, Chairpersons of ward number 3 and 4,Gangaram Tharu and Kancha Tharu, respectively and member Damakla Jaisi threatened him with death over a news published about quality of road. He reported that he was taken to a public place and manhandled. Federation of Nepalese Journalist,Banke issued a press release and condemned the act.
