Chitwan/ October 22 The political parties in the district have accused candidate of Rastriya Prajatantra Party from constituency no. 5 Bikram Pandey of acting against the election code of conduct. RPP candidate Pandey has been spreading rumor that the construction works in Madi are which was accomplished in government contract was in fact done with investment, cadres of other political parties accused. A local of Baghauda VDC said that Pandey distributed football boots, jerseys and footballs to one of the club against the code of conduct. The cadres of other parties have also accused him of providing goods worth 50 thousand rupees to a mother's group. Madi area campaign coordinator of RPP, Krishna Tiwari said that the entire allegation is baseless. Monitoring officer of election office, Shree Krishna Nepal said that his office had not received any complaint regarding violation of election code of conduct.
