Khotang/ October 29 Ganga Karki, 28, of Ghintung VDC-4 has filed a complaint against her husband Puspa Raj alias Punya Raj, 31, at District Police Office Diktel on charge of polygamy. The victim said that her husband married another woman, Devi Basnet, 22, of Ghintung VDC-5 on October 25. The couple was married 13 years ago. She further said that she was physically and mentally tortured by the accused after his second marriage. Both the accused will be summoned for discussion based on the complaint, said SI Yadav Gautam of District Police Office.
