Khotang/ October 30 The Federal Socialist Party has violated the election code of conduct by painting the walls of temple and other public places with its party's slogans. Wall painting has been seen in Kaule, Chisapani, Diplung and many other VDC's of constituency-2. Ishowri Prasad Gautam, chief election officer expressed ignorance on wall painting and said that such party will be warned if found violating code of conduct. The District member of the FSP, Yugsan Rai said that wall painting was not a minor issue. He further said that wall painting was not the policy of his party, adding that such paintings would be erased immediately.
