Police have arrested district leader Dev Bahadur Bali of Biplab from Gharti village. Police have also filed a case against Dev Bahadur. It has been revealed that he was arrested for being involved in bomb blast case. The blast was done targeting Barshaman Pun, candidate of Maoist central.
