When Police Office denied to register complaint against Ward Chairperson Sanjay Sha ( 45 years) for discriminating Ajay Ram ( 34 years), on 28th October. Victim and Dalit Rights activists are protesting against it in front of District Administration Office. When Ram drank water from the bottle placed on the table of Ward Office Assistant, Narendra Chaudhary, Ward Chairperson Sah misbehaved with Ram and threw him out of the office. And the victim filed a complaint about the incident on 13th August but police didn't register it.
On 18th September, they submitted memorandum to CDO Dhorna Pokhrel but it was neglected, that's why they were obliged to protest said Struggles Committee's Director, Radheshyam Paswan. CDO Pokharel shared that the incident is normal and complaint wasn't registered in order to not disrupt social harmony but the investigation was going on and the perpetrator would be punished.
