On Oct 29 the mother of a girl filed a case against 19-year-old Sandesh Nepali. She accuses Nepali of child marriage with her daughter on Oct 26. Her daughter Hema Rana Magar who is 19-year-old is still under the legal age of marriage in Nepal. The police are investigating the case.
