A 23-year-old youth has died during a fight in Nawaplarasi east on Thursday night. The deceased has been identified as Bishnu Thapa from Amrasa village of Madyabindu municipality. According to Inspector Rajendra Prasad Adhikari of Area Police Office Nawalpur, Thapa and few others were ousted from Kawasoti based "Mama Bhaja" hotel after they started fighting in the hotel in a drunken stupor. The group then started fighting outside the hotel. Thapa sustained serious injury after he was beaten by the others with beer bottle and punches. He later died while undergoing treatment in Bharatpur hospital in Chitwan. Police have arrested 6 persons including the owner of "Mama Bhanja" hotel in connection with the incident.
