Salyan, sadak band garna khojne 2 jana giraftar. Salyan/November 13 Two people have been arrested in Salyan for enforcing bandh. They were arrested while obstructing Rapti highway in Rim VDC by putting stones on November 12. The arrestees were Bishal alias Abinash Rokka, 21, of Rim VDC-3 and Bhupendra Rokka, 18. They were arrested by the police team in patrol, according to DSP Lalmani Acharya. They were held in district police office of Salyan, said police.
