The UCPN-M have been using YCL cadres and UCPN-M cadres for the march past in the various VDCs in Rolpa. Similarly, in Korchawang VDC, YCL cadres have organized a march past according to UCPN-M. At least 200 cadres led by Shakti Kumar Pun organized a march past in Korchawang.
