3 arrested in possession of home-made gun

Police on Thursday arrested 3 persons from Mangala rural municipality-3 Jhakrepani of Myagdi on the charge of keeping illegal home-made weapons. The arrested have been identified as 54-year-old Tirthalala Chhantyal, 33-year-old Tekendra Chhantyal, and 32-year-old Tukmaya Chhantyal. They were accused of attempting to break into the house of 63-yera-old Lilamati Budhathoki of Mangala rural municipality-5 Kimchaur to steal. Police arrested them in possession of the weapon while looking for them.
Police are further investigating on the incident.
