Kailai/November 14 Area Police Office in Bhajani has arrested CPN-M cadre Kula Raj Gyawali of Thapapur VDC-3 for vandalizing a vehile (Ba 2 Cha 2596) on November 13. The vehicle belonged to Suresh Hamal of Lalbojhi VDC-5. According to Police Inspector Lal Bahadur Saud, the vehicle was parked in front of his home. He said that the CPN-M cadre vandalized his vehicle for defying bandh. The glass of the vehicle has been broken.
