Kaski/November 15, UML has organized an election assembly from Birauta Chok to Gharipatan in constituency number 3 obstructing the traffic on November 14 against the election code of conduct. The election code of conduct strictly prohibits the party to organize the assembly by obstructing traffic. Similarly, the UML cadres were wearing hats and T-shirts with the party's election symbol. The children were also holding the party flags in the assembly.
