Cadres of Nepali Congress sister wing Nepal Student Union (NSU) organized a torch rally in Khotang district headquarter Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi on Thursday evening demanding the government to scrap the National Medical Education bill recently passed by the Parliament and fulfill doctor Govinda KC's demands. They also organized the torch rally to protest against the Government's failure to bring to justice the perpetrator behind Nirmala Panta's rape and subsequent murder and protecting those involved in the wide body scam. NSU cadres chanted anti-government slogans.
