NSU burns PM’s effigy in Pokhara

Main opposition Nepali Congress sister organisation Nepal Student Union have staged a demonstration against the government near Pokhara Metropolis office today.

The agitating students also burned Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli’s effigy accusing the government of bulldozing National Medical Education Bill, in the Lake City on Friday.

NSU also blamed the government for protecting rapists and corrupt officials in the country.

Addressing the mass, after the protest programme, NSU Kaski incumbent Chairperson Bikash Thapa, leader Parsuram Basnet, former Central Member Saroj KC lamented over the government conduct.
