Police have arrested Dipak Pradhan, a school teacher, on February 26, on the charge of beating a 16-year-old boy, Keshav Thapa, who was studying in Class 8 at the Marywood English Boarding School at Jaljale in Triyuga Municipality-7.
According to Sai Narayan Pradhan of the Area Police Office, Jaljale, the victim was beaten over a dispute about playing a video while teaching in a computer class. The injured student has returned home after treatment at the district hospital.
Police arrested accused after the parents filed a complaint against him at the Area Police Office, Jaljale on February 26. The child has sustained injuries in various parts of the body.
