A person has been seriously wounded in a khukuri attack at Seratar in Myagde Rural Municipality-6, Tanahun on Friday afternoon.
The injured has been identified as a local, Bal Kumar Shrestha, informed Superintendent of Police Siddhi Bikram Shah.
According to SP Shah, a resident of the same locality, Sunil Parajuli, attacked Shrestha over a contract dispute, wounding him seriously on his head.
Shrestha is currently being treated in Metro City Hospital in Pokhara.
Meanwhile, circulars have been sent to police offices and search is on for the absconding attacker.
