Police arrested four cadres of Biplov-led Communist Party of Nepal on March 20 from Shivagadi. Among those arrested are 45-year-old Shyamdas Pyasi and 40-year-old Raj Mangal Tharu of Banganga Municipality-1 and 38-year-old Durga Lal Khatri and 45-year-old Yuvraj Neupane of Shivaraj Municipality-9.
