Policearrested a district level leader of Netra Bikram Chand (Biplov) group in Kaski. Ram Koji Gurung, an influential leader and the head of Kaski district committee of Biplov group, was arrested on Friday from Yamdi in Pokhara-3, according to DSP Ravindran Gurung of the district police office.

Police had arrested Kishan Gurung,  the coordinator of Tamuwan wing of the same group, earlier last yeek. Police has arrested twenty two Biplov cadres and leaders from Gandaki Province after the group was banned by the government.
