District Administration Offices throughout the country have started following the Supreme Court's stay order asking authorities not to issue citizenship by descent to the offspring of those who were given citizenship by birth. Protesting the same decision, youths chanted slogans against prime minister KP Sharma Oli at a demonstration over the same issue in Mahendrachowk of Morang.
